Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Summit Creative Tech LLC. By using Readout you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Medical disclaimer

Readout does not provide medical advice and does not recommend doses. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any medication or peptide.

What Readout is not

Not a medical device. Not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or medical advice. Nothing in the app is reviewed by a clinician or an expert, and nobody reviews the science it links to. 18 and over.

The five rules

• No recommended or therapeutic doses
• Nothing sold, no vendors, no codes
• No claim about what a compound does
• No expert review claimed, because there is none
• AI describes your own data and nothing else

Research shown in the app

Published research is shown as it was published. It may be preliminary, animal model, or industry funded. Quotes appear only where the source license permits and are selected mechanically, never edited.

Your record

You author every dose, protocol, outcome and reading in Readout. The app attributes them to you and stores them. Accuracy of the record is your responsibility.

Age

You must be 18 or older to use Readout.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. One person holds one account. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Subscription

Readout is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store, billed weekly, monthly or yearly. The app shows the price before you subscribe. Apple charges your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.

The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Apple handles refunds under its own refund process. Summit Creative Tech LLC cannot issue a refund for an App Store purchase.

If your subscription lapses, your data stays on your device and in your account. You can still export your own dose history. Subscribing again restores full access.

Acceptable use

• Readout is for your personal use.
• One account per person.
• Do not scrape, copy or redistribute the app's catalog, research feed or content.
• Do not interfere with the service or attempt to reach another person's data.

Your data

Your data is yours. Summit Creative Tech LLC stores and syncs it to provide the service. The privacy policy says how it is handled.

Apple

Apple distributes Readout through the App Store. Where these terms are silent, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

No warranty

Readout is provided as is. Summit Creative Tech LLC makes no promise that the app will be free of errors, that it will always be available, or that a figure it shows is correct or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Summit Creative Tech LLC is not liable for any loss or harm that comes from using the app, from relying on anything it shows, or from a decision you make about a medication or peptide. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Readout at any time. Deleting your account in the app (Settings, Account and data, Delete everything) removes your data from your account and from the device. Summit Creative Tech LLC may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are heard in the courts of Texas.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with it. The current version is always at this address. A change to the disclaimers may require a fresh acknowledgement in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change is acceptance.
